Easy Chocolate Fudge

  

You will Need:

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

1 - 5 ounce can evaporated milk

1/2 cup butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups miniature marshmallows

1/4 cup water

1 - 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips

 

 

Step One - In a large saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt.

 

Step Two - Over medium heat, bring to a boil and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly, about 8 minutes.

 

Step Three - Add marshmallows and water and stir until marshmallows are melted.

 

Step Four - Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.

 

Step Five - Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 inch square pan. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper, and cut into squares. Enjoy!
